Our Car to CE training packages are designed to take you through the different stages of your LGV training journey, from your medical and theory requirements through to practical C+E training and your DVSA driving test.

Car to CE Training Packages
Platinum Package

Our Platinum Package is designed for candidates who have little or no experience of driving large vehicles on the road and require additional training, confidence and experience.
The package includes a 32-hour practical course delivered over 8 days, with your test on the final day.
Package Includes:
- Medical
- Theory Test & Hazard Perception
- CPC Module 2 & 4
- 32 hours of practical training
- DVSA practical driving test and applicable test fees
This package is suitable for someone with no previous knowledge of using large vehicles on the road and who needs to develop confidence and experience.
Training can help you develop your ability to safely reverse and manoeuvre a large vehicle, while also improving your driving skills to the standard required for the LGV practical test.
The course is designed to provide the experience and knowledge required to prepare for the DVSA driving test.
Please remember: having many years of driving experience is different from having the advanced driving ability and standard required for a DVSA test.
Gold Package

Our Gold Package includes 28 hours of training, delivered over 7 days, with your on-road practical test on the final day by a DVSA examiner.
Package Includes:

- CPC Module 2 & 4
- 28 hours of practical training
- DVSA practical driving test and applicable test fees
This package is designed for someone who has some knowledge of using large vehicles on the road and needs additional confidence, experience and practical training.
The training can help you develop safe reversing and manoeuvring skills while brushing up on your existing driving ability to help prepare you for your LGV practical test.
The course is designed to provide the experience and knowledge required to prepare for the DVSA driving test.
Please remember: driving for many years does not necessarily mean that your driving is at the advanced standard required for a DVSA practical test.
Silver Package

Our Silver Package provides 24 hours of practical training, delivered over 6 days, with your on-road practical test on the final day by a DVSA examiner.

This package is designed for candidates who already have some experience using larger vehicles on the road, such as buses, 7.5-tonne vehicles or Category B+E car and trailer combinations.
The course provides additional confidence and experience, including practical reversing and manoeuvring training, as well as preparation for the LGV practical driving test.
The course is designed to give you the experience and knowledge required to prepare for the DVSA driving test.
Please remember: driving experience alone is different from the advanced driving standard required for a DVSA practical test.
Bronze Package

Our Bronze Package provides 24 hours of practical training, delivered over 6 days, with an on-road test on the final day by a DVSA examiner. This package is designed for candidates who already have some knowledge and experience of driving larger vehicles on the road.
Examples of suitable previous experience can include:
- Driving 7.5-tonne vehicles
- Driving buses
- Category B+E / car and trailer experience
- Experience with larger vehicles
The training focuses on developing your confidence and practical skills, including safe reversing, manoeuvring and road driving, while preparing you for your LGV practical test.
The course is designed to give you the experience and knowledge required to prepare for the DVSA driving test.
Please remember: the number of years you have been driving does not necessarily reflect the advanced standard required for an LGV practical test.
